Was founded through the shared vision of Tyler Martin and Sable Beyers, who bring together complementary backgrounds in construction, real estate, and development to create thoughtfully designed homes in Bloomington.

Tyler and Sable first met when Sable listed one of Tyler’s newly built homes. After successfully working together, they continued collaborating on several remodel projects and a new home build. Recognizing how well their experience and perspectives complemented each other, they joined forces to develop Oakstead Subdivision. 

With Tyler’s extensive construction background and Sable’s deep real estate experience, the team focuses on building homes that are both functional and beautifully designed. Every home in Oakstead is built with intention, from carefully planned layouts to creative finishes and quality materials.

Their goal is simple: to build homes they would be proud to live in themselves, and to create a neighborhood that adds lasting value to the Bloomington community.
